Nice addition!
Ok my partner loved these and so did it. It was a nice touch to the harness and strap on purchase. It gave my partner some serious gender euphoria! Being on the receiving end of that was more fun than I anticipated lol… get them! You will not be disappointed! They feel pretty real and get warm while being worn which just adds to the realism.

Brilliant for FTM post stage 1 phalloplasty
They are the perfect size to wear with my new penis while I wait for stage 2! I’m not sure why other people haven’t had this idea before! I was worried they wouldn’t stay on without some kind of harness but the silicone is tacky enough for it to be a snug fit without feeling tight!

That's nuts!
I'm a trans guy and these balls are so gender affirming. I use them with my strapless strap on which takes an already good time to the next level. Talk about gender euphoria!
The only downside is that they are super sticky. A little cornstarch can fix that, but it's annoying having to do that, and when things get lubricated, the cornstarch will rub off and then the balls pull on my leg hair. So had to deduct a star for that.
But they do feel very real. I like the floating testicle implants a lot, and the density is spot on. They feel amazing as they swing with my movements. Now I can finally go balls deep
