DHL Ecommerce arranges for your parcel to be delivered to the destination country and final mail delivery is conducted by the local postal service in the destination country.
This Global Mail option is an International Economy Service and all delivery times are "Est." or "Estimates." During peak seasons (or global pandemics), you may experience extended delays in receipt outside the estimated delivery times. This shipping option does not offer a money back guarantee for delayed delivery.
To track your package, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. This number will start with GM (Example: GM156781234560077890).

For issues with delivery, contact your local postal service to inquire about your shipment. If your package shows as being received into your country and is not yet delivered, we highly recommend contacting your local postal service as they may be holding the package for customs payment.
Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs or tariffs imposed by the receiving country. Import tax or import tariffs (also known as import duties) are fees charged by your government's border Customs when importers bring goods into the country. They are assessed by Customs government employees at the port of entry.
DHL Global Mail is a one-way service. If a package is refused or the carrier is not able to deliver, the package may be destroyed at the local DHL Service Center. Please be sure to follow your tracking number to ensure proper delivery.
How to start a claim:
DHL Global Mail International Delivery has end to end tracking and is covered by insurance. If your package is lost in transit you can submit a claim 45 days after the last available scan.
International packages scanned as “Delivered,“ “Attempted Delivery” or "Refused" are not eligible under DHL's Global Mail Claim Guidelines. Customer will be responsible for abiding by all laws of their receiving country as they pertain to adult merchandise.
If your package has reached DHL's 45 day requirement, please submit your order # and the email address used to place the order here. Once received, we will begin the claim process. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package and send you a new tracking number.
