RodeoH Return Program: Store Credit

BY REQUEST! The New Return for "Store Credit" Program. We hear you! It can be difficult to figure out the exact size/style that is perfect for YOU. 

As a small two person design company we don't resell returned harnesses and underwear. We absorb the cost of the returned apparel and ask that you pay for the return shipping. Your health and safety are our primary concern so you will always receive new apparel from that has not been used or tried on. 

Your return of clothing item(s) must be in new condition and meet all of the following conditions: Item(s) is in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of lint and hair (animal or human), scent free - does not smell of perfume, BO, fabric softener, etc., and free of bodily fluids.  RodeoH reserves the right to refuse items that are not in new condition and in their original packaging. Underwear/Harnesses not in new condition will be discarded.

A return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours w/ an RA Number. Once we receive your exchange package, we will issue you a Credit Code in the amount of the new unworn and unwashed garment(s) less any discounts applied within 10 days of receipt.

Example: $19.99 Biker Underwear = $19.99 Gift Code.

Example: $19.99 Biker Underwear - $2.99 Discount Code = $17.00 Gift Code

Your credit code can be used towards any item sold on

*Offer valid for USA shipping addresses only and within 2 weeks of order delivery. Offer available on RodeoH Underwear/Harness apparel items exclusively - not available for Sale or Final Sale apparel items.

Final Sale or Sale apparel, Toys or non-apparel items are neither exchangeable, nor returnable and if mailed in will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations. This includes dildos, STPs, anal plugs, vibrators, pasties, lubricants, cleaners, oils, storage bags, slings, soft packers, stabilizers, accessories, etc.

One exchange label only per order number. 1 time credit on exchange (i.e. we do not accept repeating exchanges from original order)Gift Codes or Coupon Codes will not be honored with the return label. 

No refunds. No exceptions.
