ORDER PROCESSING

All packages are shipped DISCREETLY in plain envelopes or packaging provide by the carrier. The return address is listed as a distribution warehouse and there will be no reference to rodeoh.com on the package. We ship your order to the address you provide us. If your address is incomplete (missing an apartment number or business name) we will contact you via the email/phone number you provided. Your order will be placed on hold until you respond.

While we have the upmost respect for those who have a chosen name, to ensure delivery you will need to use your legal name (first initial and last name is fine). If you are shipping items for yourself to a location where you do not reside, first provide your name and then send C/O (care of) the legal resident at that address.

If sent back because your address is incomplete, your name is not associated with that address or any other reason that a is not an error on our part, we will not re-ship the package unless you pay for shipping again. We also will not refund shipping costs on returned items that are shipped to the address provided to us by the customer.

Purchases over $200 may require a signature so please be sure the name is registered at the delivery address or on the mailbox to ensure proper delivery. The free shipping offer is a non-expedited Economy Class Service for orders over $79 or more after discounts and not to be combined with other offers. Offer valid for USA orders only. If you would like to pay for a faster shipping method, please choose the desired option at checkout.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email orders@rodeoh.com as quickly as possible. When submitting an inquiry be sure to provide order details including the order number, your name, the recipient's name and the details of your order change.

Quick processing is a top priority for us. We pride ourselves on fulfilling orders as soon as possible which means we often begin processing your order as soon as received. It may not be possible to modify or cancel an existing order and if you need to make a change, the request must be received within an hour of placing your order. We do not guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed. If we are able to cancel a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Zip/Afterpay orders are unable to be cancelled and we are unable to retroactively apply discount or free shipping codes - only 1 code per checkout.

If your order has been shipped and you want to change the product, you will need to refuse the package and once returned to us we will issue you a gift code less shipping fees (including the return shipping fee charged by FEDEX / DHL) , transaction fees, and a 30% restocking fee. The package must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened packages that are "Returned to Sender" are not the same as "Refused" packages and will not be eligible for restock.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, FEDEX, DHL OR ANY OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE.

We package your order and purchase the shipment method you selected. All delivery times are estimates. During holidays and times of high volume - expect delays. COVID-19 restrictions between states and local jurisdictions within states can change daily and without notice delaying shipments already en route. Once your package leaves our facility we have no control or influence over delivery. The tracking information you see is the same information that we see.

Orders shipping USPS First Class Domestic will be processed within several hours or up to three business days (Saturdays, Sundays and federally recognized holidays are not business days.). Total estimated delivery time (including processing and shipping time) is 7 to 12 business days. All shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times.

Orders shipping USPS Priority will be processed within several hours or up to two business days (Saturdays, Sundays and federally recognized holidays are not business days.). Total estimated delivery time (including processing and shipping time) is 3 to 7 business days for Priority, and 3-4 business days for Express.

All shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times nor offer refunds on delays. Although USPS Priority is a faster shipping method than First Class, USPS does not guarantee Priority delivery times and packages may experience delays.

Orders shipping FedEx Express will be processed within several hours or up to 2 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and federally recognized holidays are not business days.). Orders received on a Friday after 11:00 am PST will not be shipped until the next business day.

Total estimated delivery time (including processing and shipping time) is 2 to 5 business days. All shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times. FEDEX has suspended service level guarantees.

If you selected FEDEX 2-4 Day but gave us a PO BOX, we will move your order to Priority 2-4 Day as FEDEX is unable to deliver to your USPS PO BOX. If the package is returned to sender FEDEX will apply an additional shipping charge for the returned package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are required by customs laws to indicate the contents inside. We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels indicating the contents as “underwear” or “massager”, etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your country. We are not responsible for packages that are confiscated by customs.

You may have to pay VA, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from outside your country before the package will be released to you. These fees are levied by your country and not rodeoh.com. We are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied.

If you refuse the package it will be destroyed by customs and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

Orders shipping Economy Global Mail/USPS First Class International will be processed within several hours or up to three business days (Saturdays, Sundays and federally recognized holidays are not business days.) Total estimated delivery time (including processing and shipping time) is 2 to 5 weeks. All shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times. As COVID-19 restrictions vary by country on international shipments - delays should be expected.

If you receive inconsistent or delayed service in your country and need your package sooner than later, we highly recommend you upgrade to an Express service.

Economy Global Mail:

Economy Global Mail service ships to the destination country where it is passed on to that country's national postal service or a local carrier for delivery. The package will most likely be given a new tracking number by your local carrier which will be updated in the tracking information provided. Global Mail is a one-way service. If a package is refused or the carrier is not able to deliver, the package may be destroyed at the local Service Center. Please be sure to follow your tracking number to ensure proper delivery.

USPS First Class International:

USPS First Class International service ships via USPS to the destination country where it is passed on to that country's national postal service for delivery. The package will most likely be given a new tracking number by your local carrier which will be updated in the tracking information provided.

Orders shipping FedEx Express International/DHL Express International will be processed within several hours or up to two business day (Saturdays, Sundays and federally recognized holidays are not business days.). Total estimated delivery time (including processing and shipping time) is 2 to 5 business days. All shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times. As COVID-19 restrictions vary by country on international shipments - delays should be expected.

FedEx and DHL require a phone number for delivery. If you did not provide a phone number with your order we will contact you and this may delay your shipping time until we receive a response, and if we are unable to contact you, we will move your package over to Global Mail which will be delivered by your local post office. In order to deliver to you quickly, FedEx and DHL Express Services prepay the VAT/Duties levied by your government on your purchase and then collect the amount due from you. If you refuse the package it will be destroyed by customs and the purchase amount will not be refunded. If the package is returned to sender FEDEX will apply an additional shipping charge for the returned package. Be sure to use your legal name when purchasing as a signature may be required.

MISSING SHIPMENTS

You will have the opportunity to purchase package protection at the time of checkout. Purchasing package protection allows you to re-coup the cost of a lost package or an item damaged in transit. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should add package protection at checkout. Once the claim is approved we will reship your package. The claim process does require a full 20 days to complete.

FedEx:

If after 15 days from the date of shipment FedEx is unable to locate your package and it has been lost in transit, we will submit a search/claim on your behalf. If the package is unable to be located, we will reship your package.

USPS:

If after 30 days from the date of shipment USPS is unable to locate your package and it has been lost in transit, we will submit a search/claim on your behalf. If the package is unable to be located, we will reship your package.

Packages are often accepted by neighbors, housemates, relatives, or friends - ask around about your missing package. Conduct a thorough search of the property (delivery persons often put packages in hidden areas, behind planters, inside doors, etc.).

If FedEx or USPS confirms that your items were delivered to your requested shipping address, rodeoh.com assumes you have received your order and we cannot be held responsible nor will we reship the order. Contact the carrier directly to submit a claim or search request (contact information below). Claims must be received within 30 days of purchase for domestic and 60 days for international.

We ship your order to the name and address you provide us. If your order is sent back return to sender because the address is incomplete, the recipient name is not associated with that address as a legal resident, a notice was left and the package was not picked up timely, customs was not paid or any other reason that is not an error on our part, we will issue you a credit less all related shipping fees (DHL & FEDEX charge a return shipping fee in addition to the original shipping fee at their normal retail rate) and a 30% cancellation/restocking fee.

The package must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened packages that are "Returned to Sender" are not the same as "Refused" packages and will not be eligible for restocking.

LOST, BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

If you order was received incomplete, the wrong item was received and/or an item was broken or damaged contact us at orders@rodeoh.com within 72 hours of receipt. When submitting an inquiry be sure to provide order details including the order number, your name, the recipient's name and the details of the damage and photos or video of product not working. Once assessed, we will have you return the item and a replacement will be shipped. We offer reshipment only. No refunds. No exceptions.
