RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
As a small two person design company we don't resell returned harnesses and underwear. We absorb the cost of the returned apparel and ask that you pay for the return shipping. Your health and safety are our primary concern so you will always receive new apparel from rodeoh.com that has not been used or tried on.
Return for store credit valid for USA shipping addresses only, within 2 weeks of order delivery and applies to RodeoH apparel items exclusively (underwear and harnesses only). RodeoH reserves the right to refuse items that are not in new condition (unworn + unwashed) and in their original packaging. Underwear not in new condition will be discarded. Sale items are not eligible for return. Package deal apparel can be exchanged for the correct size.
One return label only per order number. We do not accept repeated exchanges from the same order. If you have questions regarding size or style selection feel free to contact us with your questions. We would be happy to give recommendations on fit and product compatibility. Just ask!
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will issue you a Store Credit in the amount of the item (shipping is non-refundable). Last Chance and/or Sale items are not eligible for return for store credit.
No refunds. No exceptions.
Toys or non-apparel items are neither exchangeable, nor returnable and if mailed in will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations. This includes dildos, anal plugs, vibrators, pasties, lubricants, cleaners, oils, storage bags, slings, accessories, etc.
We strongly recommend reviewing all dimensions on products before purchase and having open communication with your partner about expectations as we do not offer satisfaction guarantees.
Even if a product is unused it is not returnable or exchangeable. We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select your items carefully.

HOW IT WORKS:

A prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours with a RA (return authorization) Number. Once we receive your exchange package we will issue you a Credit Code in the amount of the garment(s) less any discounts applied.
Example: $19.99 Biker Underwear = $19.99 Gift Code.
Example: $19.99 Biker Underwear - $2.99 Discount Code = $17.00 Gift Code
Your credit code can be used towards any item sold on rodeoh.com and do not expire.
Please contact us directly by selecting "reply" from your order receipt.
BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
If your order was received incomplete, the wrong item was received and/or an item was broken or damaged during shipment, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
When submitting an inquiry be sure to provide the order number, your name, the recipient's name and the details of the damage to include photos of the damage and/or video of product not working.
Once assessed, you will be sent a replacement item or emailed a prepaid label to return the item.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email email@example.com as quickly as possible. When submitting an inquiry be sure to provide order details including the order number, your name, the recipient's name and the details of your order change.
Quick processing is a top priority for us. We pride ourselves on fulfilling orders as soon as possible which means we often begin processing your order as soon as received. It may not be possible to modify or cancel an existing order and if you need to make a change, the request must be received within an hour of placing your order. We do not guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed. If we are able to cancel a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Quadpay orders are unable to be cancelled and we are unable to retro-actively apply discount or free shipping codes.
If your order has been shipped and you want to change the product, you will need to refuse the package and once returned to us we will issue you a credit less all shipping fees (DHL & FEDEX charge a return shipping fee in addition to the original shipping fee at their normal retail rate) and a 15% restocking fee. The package must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened packages that are "Returned to Sender" are not the same as "Refused" packages and will not be eligible for restock.
