Returns & Exchanges
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
As a small design company we don't resell returned RodeoH harnesses and RodeoH underwear. We absorb the cost of the returned apparel and ask that you pay for the return shipping. Your health and safety are our primary concern so you will always receive new apparel from rodeoh.com that has not been used or tried on.
Returns for store credit are available for U.S. shipping addresses, within 2 weeks of delivery, on RodeoH apparel only (branded underwear and harnesses). Items must be new - unworn, unwashed, original packaging.
Shipping internationally? Please hit "reply" from your order confirmation so we can assist.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Package deal apparel can be exchanged for the correct size.
Non-Rodeoh harness brands are not returnable or exchangeable.
One return label only per order number. We do not accept repeated exchanges from the same order. If you have questions regarding size or style selection feel free to contact us with your questions. We would be happy to give recommendations on fit and product compatibility. Just ask!
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will issue you a Store Credit in the amount of the item less any applied discounts, and less return shipping of $6.99 for a single item or $9.99 for multiple items. Final sale and/or sale items are not eligible for return for store credit.
No refunds. No exceptions.
Toys or non-apparel items are neither exchangeable, nor returnable and if mailed in will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations. This includes dildos, STPs, anal plugs, vibrators, pasties, lubricants, cleaners, oils, storage bags, slings, soft packers, stabilizers, accessories etc. All items are sold as adult novelty only.
We strongly recommend reviewing all dimensions on products before purchase and having open communication with your partner about expectations as we do not offer satisfaction guarantees.
Even if a product is unused it is not returnable or exchangeable. We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select your items carefully - NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please contact us directly by selecting "reply" from your order receipt.
BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
If your order was received incomplete, the wrong item was received and/or an item was broken or damaged during shipment, contact us at orders@rodeoh.com within 24 hours of receipt. When submitting an inquiry be sure to provide the order number, your name, the recipient's name and the details of the damage to include photos of the damage and/or video of product not working.
Once assessed, you will be emailed a prepaid label to return the item and a replacement will be shipped.
ORDER CHANGES
We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we’ll always do our best to help. If you’d like to switch sizes or swap an item, reach out as soon as possible using our “Chat With Us” button. Share the details (and any links) with us, and we’ll do everything we can to assist!
CANCELLATIONS
Quick processing is a top priority for us. We pride ourselves on fulfilling orders as soon as possible which means we often begin processing your order as soon as received.
Orders can’t be canceled once placed, as noted at checkout. However, you have options.
Refuse the unopened package at delivery. Once it’s returned to us unopened, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days minus a 30% restocking fee and any related shipping costs.
Prefer store credit? Once your refused package is returned you can choose store credit for the full amount (less shipping fees).
The package must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened packages that are "Returned to Sender" are not the same as "Refused" packages and will not be eligible for restocking.
Quadpay / Zip / AfterPay orders are unable to be cancelled and we are unable to retro-actively apply discount or free shipping codes.
