Almost perfect
I absolutely love this packer/stroker, and I love the idea of a packer that doubles as a stroker, I just have one small complaint - the tunnel inside the shaft goes almost the entire length, which I imagine might be great for some guys' anatomy (or may help with the suction), but it also makes the shaft Very squishy, and when compressed to get a good suction, it can leave the shaft a bit... flat. I wish the inner channel was shorter, or that the packer came with an optional insert made of the same material (though perhaps a bit firmer), so that stroking the shaft while the suction is engaged felt a little more realistic. Plus, it would make it more versatile as a packer, both because of the squashing effect as well as having to worry about unfortunate noises from the channel being squashed (if you've ever used a mini stroker, you know what I'm talking about).
Let me talk a bit about the good parts as well - I love the movable balls, they're very fun to play with, and feel great against the "lower anatomy" if you don't hold them still while stroking. The suction is also pretty good, and overall using it is Very fun. It's also firmer than the Mark One packer (likely because of the hallowed out channel in the shaft), so take that into consideration if you're also thinking of using this as a packer.
