New to this? Here is the short version. An STP (short for stand to pee) is a soft silicone piece with a hollow cup at the back. You hold the cup against your body, and it funnels pee out through the shaft, so you can use a urinal or stand at a toilet. When you are not in the bathroom it doubles as a packer, meaning it sits in your underwear and gives you a natural looking bulge. Milo does both.

Why these two go together. Regular underwear has nowhere to hold an STP, so it shifts around and is a hassle to get out when you need it. The TRUHK Brief has a built in pocket system that holds Milo exactly where you want it, plus an opening in the front so you can pull it out to pee without dropping your pants. How the TRUHK Brief holds your STP. The front of the brief has three layers:

Layer 1 (inside pocket): Tuck the cup of the STP in here so it stays put.
Layer 2 (center panel): A round opening you pull the shaft through, which keeps the STP from turning.
Layer 3 (outside pouch): A shaped front pouch with room for the shaft, so it hangs naturally. The horizontal opening across the front lets you reach in when nature calls.

The brief is super soft bamboo (95% bamboo, 5% spandex), stretchy, and sized like traditional men's underwear. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

About Milo. A realistic STP with a painted tip and veins, made from high quality silicone. The contoured lip sits comfortably against your body and the compact cup keeps the bulk down for discreet daily wear, while still being sturdy enough for a stable, reliable pee. The wide shaft and opening are shaped for good flow. Inside the shaft are ridges that add texture and stimulation. Milo can also be used for play by adding an erection rod (sold separately), which slides in deep enough to leave the ridges uncovered. Use a little water based lube for easy insertion.
