Our packing underwear has a built-in pocket (an extra layer of fabric inside the front) that holds a packer or STP in place.
Not sure which style works with your packer? Here's a general guide:
- TRUHK Boxer, Classic, Trunk and High Rise: best for packers with a shaft length under 5.5 inches. The High Rise is recommended for packers only, not STPs.
- TRUHK Button Fly Boxer and Hybrid: designed with extra room for longer packers and STPs.
- TRUHK Brief: our most versatile style, and works with a wide range of sizes.
- SHIFT Series: designed for smaller soft packers (XS to Medium).

This STP Sport Jock Underwear was developed by request for use with stand to pee devices (not designed for packers). It features a sewn "O" front that will hold your shaft in place with a split interior for easy access to your equipment.
