Based on traditional men's sizing, these super soft bamboo underwear are stretchy and comfortable. Each pair has a unique 3 layer pocket to securely hold your STP or soft packer in place.

Layer 1 (Interior pocket): Securely tuck in your STP or packer.
Layer 2 (Center panel): O-opening to pull the shaft through and keep your STP or packer from turning.
Layer 3 (Exterior pocket): The contour pouch has room to tuck the shaft, giving a natural hang. The side opening on the front pouch gives you easy access when nature calls.

Which TRUHK is right for your packer or STP? This style works best with packers and STPs that have a shaft length of 5.5 inches or less. If yours is longer than 5.5 inches, like the Hard Line Dominator, pair it with the TRUHK Button Fly Boxer, which is built to give a longer shaft room.

    COMFIEST boxer briefs I've ever owned

    I don't usually post underwear pics but...you may start to see more of them because these are the COMFIEST boxer briefs I've ever owned. And for my friends who also pack, the pocket keeps everything 100% secure. Thank you @rodeohs for making me feel comfortable in my skin. 🙏

    I got them yesterday, and seriously a game changer!

    I use a 4in1 ..the shaft of my prosthetic is around 6-6.5” …and I work out everyday in a not super lgbtq+ friendly environment, so my boxers get a lot of use and washed often which I’m sure wears them down faster than most others. I’ve been searching for boxers that have a flycrotch or flap that can be used for stp that is also large enough to hold my prosthetic but the button flys didn’t work for that so something lightweight yet sturdy is important as I haven’t found any comfortable harnesses or straps thus far …then I found the truhk brief … it’s amazing! I got them yesterday, and seriously a game changer!
