Please allow 6-8 business days for USA domestic delivery. All requests received on Saturday after 12pm PST, will be shipped first thing Monday morning. And of course, all orders are shipped discretely in a standard plain envelope. & as always, please be sure to provide us with a valid email address in the event we need to connect with you regarding your purchase! Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The PURCHASER is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order (we can't read minds)! We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping Please allow 8-14 Business Days for International Delivery. International orders are shipped via DHL | USPS. Please be sure to include a PHONE NUMBER for DHL | USPS Delivery. International orders may be subject to Custom's import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, the fees are the responsibility of the buyer. RodeoH is unable to predict or control custom charges as they are levied by the destination country. International delivery times may vary depending on customs protocols of receiving country.  All standard international deliveries will be delivered by the postal service of the receiving country. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We Ship Via USPS International & DHL International.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. RodeoH LLC cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on USPS.com. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package via email once your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Last Chance or Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Offer valid for USA shipping addresses only and within 2 weeks of order delivery. Offer available on RodeoH Underwear/Harness apparel items exclusively. Toys are non-exchangeable / returnable and if mailed in will be disposed of to comply with US Health Code Regulations. RodeoH reserves the right to refuse items that are not in new condition (unworn + unwashed) and in their original packaging. Underwear not in new condition will be discarded. One exchange label only per order number. 1 time credit on exchange (i.e. we do not accept repeating exchanges from original order).
