Please note that all shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times. USPS and FEDEX will only ship on business days, Monday through Friday. And of course, all orders are shipped discreetly in standard plain packaging. Be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order and please provide us with a valid email address in the event we need to connect with you regarding your purchase! If you selected FEDEX 2-4 Day but gave us a PO BOX, we will move your order to Priority 2-4 Day as FEDEX is unable to deliver to your PO BOX.

If you refuse your package or it is unclaimed the shipment will be treated as abandoned and the original purchase will not be refundable. This Global Mail option is an International Economy Service and all delivery times are "Est." or "Estimates." During peak seasons (or global pandemics), you may experience extended delays in receipt outside the estimated delivery times. All shipping options do not offer a money back guarantee for delayed delivery. All standard non-express international deliveries will be delivered by the postal service of the receiving country. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver, at their discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or another location on the property. RodeoH LLC cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on USPS or DHL. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package via email once your package is shipped from our warehouse. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the package is lost in transit, we’ll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER AND/OR NON-DELIVERABLE
We ship your order to the name and address you provide us. If your order is sent back because the address is incomplete, the recipient name is not associated with that address as a legal resident or any other reason that a is not an error on our part, we will issue you store credit in the amount of your order less shipping fees. Your original order will be restocked. Your store credit can be used to repurchase the original order or used towards any items at rodeoh.com.
As a small two person design company we don't resell returned harnesses and underwear. We absorb the cost of the returned apparel and ask that you pay for the return shipping. Your health and safety are our primary concern so you will always receive new apparel from rodeoh.com that has not been used or tried on.
- Offer valid for USA shipping addresses only and within 2 weeks of order delivery.
- Offer available on RodeoH Underwear/Harness apparel items exclusively.
- Toys or non-apparel items are neither exchangeable, nor returnable and if mailed in will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations.
- RodeoH reserves the right to refuse items that are not in new condition (unworn + unwashed) and in their original packaging. Underwear not in new condition will be discarded.
- One return label only per order number. We do not accept repeated exchanges from the same order. If you have questions regarding size or style selection feel free to contact us with your questions.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will issue you a Store Credit in the amount of the item (shipping is non-refundable).
- Last Chance and/or Sale items are not eligible for return for store credit.

MODIFICATION OF ORDER OR CANCELLATION
As we may begin processing your RodeoH.com order immediately, it may not be possible to modify or cancel an existing order and must be received within an hour of placement. If we are able to cancel a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Quadpay / ZIP orders are unable to be cancelled and we are unable to retro-actively apply discount or free shipping codes.
