LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. RodeoH LLC cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on USPS or DHL. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package via email once your package is shipped from our warehouse. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the package is lost in transit, we’ll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package.
As a small two person design company we don't resell returned harnesses and underwear. We absorb the cost of the returned apparel and ask that you pay for the return shipping. Your health and safety are our primary concern so you will always receive new apparel from rodeoh.com that has not been used or tried on.
