This STP Sport Jock Underwear was developed by request for use with stand to pee devices (not designed for packers). It features a sewn "O" front that will hold your shaft in place with a split interior for easy access to your equipment.
Made of a soft sport poly blend, the fabric jock leg bands don't pull and bind like elastic. The 1.75 inch waistband gives sturdy support and adjustability.
TIP: If you need a smaller hole for a smaller shaft, simply use a needle & thread to sew the "O" opening to desired size.
