New to this? Here is the short version. An STP (short for stand to pee) is a soft silicone piece with a hollow cup at the back. You hold the cup against your body, and it funnels pee out through the shaft, so you can use a urinal or stand at a toilet. When you are not in the bathroom it doubles as a packer, meaning it sits in your underwear and gives you a natural looking bulge. Milo does both.
Why these two go together. Regular underwear has nowhere to hold an STP, so it shifts around and is a hassle to get out when you need it. The TRUHK Boxer has a built in pocket system that holds Milo exactly where you want it, plus an opening in the front so you can pull it out to pee without dropping your pants. Milo has a 4.5 inch shaft, and this boxer is designed for anything up to 5.5 inches, so it is a comfortable fit with room to move.
How the TRUHK Boxer holds your STP. The front of the boxer has three layers:

The contoured lip sits comfortably against your body and the compact cup keeps the bulk down for discreet daily wear, while still being sturdy enough for a stable, reliable pee.
