I know this is marketed to be a strap cushion (eager to try but haven't yet), but so far I've used it as a stroker (trans guy with bottom growth.) It's my favorite one I've tried! It fits me well, and I love how soft and squishy it is. For further context, I had a decent amount of T growth, but nothing major, and it works great for me.
The one thing I will say is that the back of the hole itself feels thin to touch. It probably wouldn't matter when used at the base of a strap, but handheld I'm afraid that I'll hold it wrong and tear the back in use or while cleaning it. Otherwise, great product!
