To Use without Remote: Press and hold the power button on Flutter for 3 seconds. The power button will illuminate, and Flutter will vibrate once. Use the power button to cycle through Flutter's speeds without remote. Press and hold power button 3 seconds to power off, and light will turn off.

To Use with Remote: Press and hold the power button on the remote for 3 seconds. Power button on the remote will illuminate. Press and hold power button on Flutter for 3 seconds. The power button will illuminate and Flutter will vibrate once. Use the button opposite the power on the remote to cycle through speeds. To stop Flutter with the remote, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the light on the remote turns off. To save power, be sure to also power off Flutter until power light turns off.
