Whereas most underwear are highly elasticated, RodeoH harnesses are designed with multiple layers of heavier weight fabrics so they don't stretch nearly as much. When measuring for a harness size, consider using a fitted stretchy jean, jogger, or a stretchy pant and measuring the waistband.

How To MeasureTo find your lower waistline, rest your hands naturally on top of your hip bones. Measure the circumference of your lower waist. Compare to size chart.
Underwear Waistband MeasurementGrab a pair of your favorite fitting underwear with similar fabric, style, and measure the waistband laying flat (do not stretch). Measurements below are of waistband laying flat.

HOW TO CHOOSE AN O-RING:
COMMUNITY VIDEO SUBMISSION - BY FAITHThe O-Ring should always have a larger diameter then the toy. If you force a toy into a smaller O-Ring you could both damage the toy & the fabric around the O-Ring.
For extra stability, control, or to use a harness with smaller diameter dildo, add a Neoprene Stabilizer. This Stabilizer expands the base of your favorite toy making it compatible with larger O-ring harnesses and will also extend the life of your harness by supporting the front panel. To use, simply slide in the stabilizer behind the O-ring and insert toy through the stabilizer and O-ring.

I didn't waste any time and tried them on. I'm 160 lbs, about 5'4 and I went with a L (I always find that helpful, when people give that information). And just WOW. That's all I have to say ... it fits very much like spanx with the fabric layering. I just feel so sexy in these! Can't believe it. Y'all, this is an incredible harness. I want to thank rodeoh for finally making a size suitable for us curvy types. The high rise does wonderfully for keeping everything where it should be. The oring position is magical, and I can actually use this style with my feeldoe. Finally! It just does everything a girl wants. In short, this style is THE BOMB.
